Data Deletion Instructions

NovaLink Solutions processes WhatsApp messaging data on behalf of our clients through the "NovaLink WA Bot" application. If you would like your personal data deleted, you can request this at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email contact@novalinksolutions.co.uk with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
2. Include the WhatsApp phone number associated with your messages so we can locate your data.
3. We will confirm the request and delete the associated message data within 30 days, unless we are required to retain it by law.

If your data was processed on behalf of one of our clients, we will also notify that client of your request where appropriate.
