NovaLink Solutions ("NovaLink", "we", "us", "our") builds and operates messaging automations and AI assistant tools for our clients, including integrations with the WhatsApp Business Platform. This policy explains how we handle information in connection with the "NovaLink WA Bot" application and our WhatsApp-based services.

We process this data solely to deliver the messaging automation and customer-support services that our clients have authorised.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use message content for advertising.
We act as a service provider (data processor) for our clients. Each client authorises us to access and process their own WhatsApp Business account data in order to provide the service. The client is the controller of the conversations with their customers.
We share data only with: (a) the client who owns the conversation; (b) Meta Platforms, as required to operate the WhatsApp Business Platform; and (c) infrastructure providers we use to run the service. We do not share data with any other third parties.
We retain message data only for as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by law, after which it is deleted.
