These Terms of Service govern the use of the messaging automation and AI assistant services provided by NovaLink Solutions ("NovaLink", "we", "us"), including the "NovaLink WA Bot" application and our integrations with the WhatsApp Business Platform.
NovaLink provides messaging automation and customer-support tooling to business clients. We operate WhatsApp Business messaging on behalf of clients who have authorised us to do so.
Our services must be used in compliance with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and all applicable laws. Services must not be used to send spam, unlawful, or abusive content.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, NovaLink is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the services.
